Murrell Coy White, also known as “Mutt”, was the oldest child born to Colon and Vasta White. He was born in Marmaduke, AR on February 16, 1926.Murrel graduated from Marmaduke High School in 1944.
Murrell retired from Turnstead, Electrician Maintenance.
On March 12, 1951, Murrell married Mary Belle in Michigan.
Together they raised 5 daughters:
(Christy - Cindy - Mary (mom) - Carol - Connie)
Cathy - born August 23, 1952 ~ 2000
Cindy - born May 25, 1955
Connie - born April 21, 1959.
Carol – born January 31, 1961
Christina – born December 26, 1971
They are the Grandparents of:
Matthew
Michael
Nicole (children of Cathy Conti)
Brandon
Bryan (Children of Jim & Connie Hanson)
Kurty
Katie
Kristopher (Children of Kurt & Christina Pursche)
After the divorce of Murrell and Mary, Murrell moved back to Marmaduke, Arkansas to live with and take care of his mother, Vasta White.
On August 21,1989, he married Lois McClung. They remained married until his untimely death in 1992. Murrell is buried at Harvey’s Chapel Cemetery next to his parents.
